| Daily Newspaper and Travel Guide for Pecos Country of West Texas Lifestyle Friday, November 26, 1999 Parent night planned Parent night will be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 30, for all parents of eighth grade students at the Pecos High School Cafeteria. Topics to be discussed will be course recommendations, high school graduation requirements, programs at Pecos High School (earn high school and college credit) and three graduation plans. The seminar is sponsored by the Pecos High School Counselors. Franco celebrates first birthday Jared Matthew Franco celebrated his first birthday on Nov. 20. Theme for the party was "The Rugrats." Jared's favorite gift was a Choo-Choo Train given to him by baby Josiah Garcia. His parents are Luis Franco and Michelle Villanueva. His maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Villanueva.
