Belles named to Dean's List
Sandra L. Belles, of Pecos, has been named to the Dean's Honor List for
the Fall Semester at Sul Ross State University.
It is a distinct honor for a name to appear on this list.
Criteria for selection include enrolling as an undergraduate student in
Sul Ross State University for at least 12 semester hours and achieving a
grade point average of at least 3.30 during the semester.
Belles met these conditions and ended the semester with a grade point
average of 3.733.
She is the daughter of Suzi Belles of Pecos and the late Kendall Belles.
OC to host career fair
The Odessa College Career Services Office will host its annual Odessa
College Career Fair 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, in the OC Sports
Center.
The Career Fair provides an opportunity for OC students and the general
public to meet area employers concerning Permian Basin and statewide jobs.
Also, representatives from various OC departments will be present to discuss
career options and college planning.
Employers from retailing, service industries and government agencies will
be represented.
