Odessa College plans commencement
Odessa College will host its Fall Commencement at 7 p.m., on Thursday,
Dec. 14, in the OC Sports Center.
Eighty-four candidates for graduation are scheduled to be honored.
Dr. Clayton Alred, dean of institutional research and advancement will
deliver the commencement address.
The OC Sports Center will close early at 5 p.m., for the ceremony, resuming
normal activities and hours Friday, Dec. 15.

Garcia celebrates third birthday
Gregory Isac Garcia recently celebrated his 3rd birthday on
Dec. 9, with family and friends on hand at the Barstow Community Center.
Theme for the special event was Rug Rats.
He received numerous gifts and his favorite gift was a training bike.
He is the son of Roderick and Geneva Garcia.
Grandparents are Willie and Gloria Guebara and Ricky and Lydia Garcia.
