Hannahs tell of new daughter

Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Hannah announce the birth of their daughter, Caitlyn
Leanne on June 18.

Little Caitlyn weighed six pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 inches long.
She is welcomed home by an older sister, Saydee LaRae.

Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Andy Hannah and Mr. and Mrs. Ken
Hunter of Pecos.

Great-grandparents are Mrs. Irene Hunter of Alpine; Mrs. Emilea Mills of Pecos; Mrs. Ollie Hannah of Pecos and Mr. and Mrs. Wes Harpham of Pecos.

Moormans celebrate 50th
wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. James R. Moorman observed their 50th wedding anniversary
with a family celebration.

Jim Moorman and Doris Mickey were married July 26, 1947 in Midland. They
have two children, Jimmy Moorman of El Paso and Carol Lynch of Metairie,
La. They also have four grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Moorman have lived in Ft. Worth, Houson, San Angelo,
Midland and Pecos since their wedding. A Navy veteran of World War II,
he worked for Helene Curtis and retired from Texaco after 33 years.

She worked for M.D. Anderson in Houston and was a teacher at St. Luke's
Kindergarten and Crockett Elementary in Midland and at Austin Elementary
in Pecos. After teaching for 29 years, she retired in 1986.

They are members of the First Christian Church.

Hosting the golden celebration were the couple's children and their
families.
